Moto-fascism

The UK has now seen seven letter bombs, three of which have exploded, in the last couple of days. The common thread in the targets would seem to be motoring. The exploded devices have come at the company that administers the London congestion charge (hence my thinking that the US embassy might be involved), the accountants for a speed camera firm and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority.

I think that it is time we started profiling travellers and stopping anyone driving a motor who would appear to be a driver. Surely no one can object to that. While we are at it the government should move immediately to engage with moderate motoring organisations and work with their leadership to encourage motorists to assimilate into mainstream society.

If the coppers are looking for suspects they could surely do worse than having a quiet word with Jeremy Clarkson!
