The illustrious mail order PhD the Rt. Rev. Ian Paisley has set a tentative price tag of one billion pounds to sit down with "Sinn Fein-IRA". Surely he must be at least one hundred and ten years old by now. Doesn't Northern Ireland have a mandatory retirement age and if not, why not?
