Medical journal cat fight

The BMJ (formerly the British Medical Journal) is calling for a boycott of its rival publication, The Lancet, (do I detect some self-interest here?) over the involvement of the journal's owner in the role in the organisation of arms fairs. The Lancet is owned by Reed Elsevier who the BMA has accused of "war-mongering".

To any journalists out there Reed Elsevier also owns Lexus / Nexis.
