What is it with Republicans and record keeping anyway?
First there was the eighteen minute gap. Then Oliver North's secretary "accidentally" shredded all the evidence they could get their hands on.
Now it seems that the White House staff have been "misplacing" rather a lot of email records in probable violation of the Presidential Records Act which was enacted because of Nixon's exemplary performance in the area of records retention.
My only question: high crime or misdemeanour?
