That would seem to be the moot point as the (clearly ridiculous) prosecution of Dawn Herb of West Scranton PA proceeds apace. Ms. Herb is charged with disorderly conduct, apparently related to her use of shouted obscenities as her toilet overflowed.
One could reasonably asked one would think if this is an appropriate use of taxpayer resources.
