Hey! Law evolves too!

Our friends at the Discovery Institute, fans of "(Un)Intelligent Design", think they have found something. They think that the judge's opinion in Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District (the case prohibiting the teaching of Intelligent Design in a Pennsylvania scholl district), was plagiarised from ACLU documents. It is, of course, not news to anyone familiar with the law that it is not unusual to include findings from either side in the process of preparing a judicial opinion, especially if the briefs were well researched and documented which those from the ACLU undoubtedly would have been.

Imagine these otherwise sensible folks getting all het up about something silly.
