The rightwingnuts are always reminding us that we must all honour and respect those who are serving or who have served in the American armed forces. Fair enough. I don't disagree with that.
I eagerly await that chorus of righteous anger at the Bush administration in the form of these self same armed forces for their disgraceful treatment of soldiers who are suffering from mental illness especially those who have served in Iraq or Afghanistan.
The silence is deafening.
Had any memebers of the 101st Keyboarders actually served their country outside of their flats their drill sergeant might have screamed at them: "I can't hear you!".
Note: spell check doesn't think "rightwingnuts" is a word so I had the pleasure of instructing it to "ignore all ringwingnuts"!
