“I shot the whole of the moon”

It would seem that some American soldiers in Iraq don’t seem to understand that an ambulance adorned with a Red Crescent is entitled to the same Geneva Convention protections as one that displays a Red Cross. Or perhaps they just believe that the Geneva Conventions are a quaint anachronism. Where they could have got such an absurd idea is beyond me.

I wonder if they’ve heard of the Red Crystal as yet either.
