With their leader, David Cameron, trying ever so hard to give the Tory Party a kinder, gentler look with his new passion for all things green and his "hug-a-hoodie" campaign it's a shame that it seems that the heart and soul of the party really haven't changed all that much. Some of them seem to want to bring back flogging.
