Why did god make bees randy?

The church is always telling us that sexual promiscuity, if not all sex, is bad and that all of flora and fauna on the earth are god's creations.

So why is promoscuity good for bees?

(And I don't want any of you out there to even start thinking about a horny queen romping her way through an orgy wearing nothing but honey!)
