Tomorrow is my birthday and I already know what the Decider (TM) is giving me and, incidentally all of you as well. A brand shiny new and bold plan for victory in Iraq.
So, given the time difference, will he stretch his bedtime, stay up until seven PM and ring me at midnight my time or will I have to wait until he gets up in the morning and has a tinkle before I get the call? I have to plan my day to you know.
