Will the trial of a grown man with the improbably name of "Scooter" finally mean the undoing of George W. Bush? A man can live and dream can't he?
The day before yesterday Mr. Libby's defence team introduced into evidence notes handwritten by Vice President and Satan's disciple, Dick Cheney that would seem to implicate that the Decider (TM) took an active role in a plan that Libby would take the fall for Rove in the outing of Valerie Plame. If that is the case the President's actions could be considered criminal and even if not the Constitution gives the legislative branch great, almost unlimited, latitude in determining what is a "high crime or misdemeanor" when considering articles of impeachment.
Of course that would leave Dick Cheney as be President and that would not be a good thing unless his practically negative approval rating makes him an effective non-entity.
