London letter bombs

I was going to do a snarky post suggesting that yesterday's letter bomb explosion which targeted the Capita Group who are responsible for running London's congestion charge might have been related to the US embassy's refusal to pay.

Now that there has been a second letter bomb I've decided that it wasn't funny after all.
