A perfect solution

The Siberian town of Žitište, population a little more than 3,000, has decided that what it need to raise its profile is a statue of Rocky Balboa. Why they should think this is beyond me. Municipality vice-president Zoran Babic said that they have already been in contact with the City of Brotherly Love to ask for assistance.

Well what greater assistance could Philly offer than the gift of the prodigal statue that they already possess but who's appropriate location they can't quite work out. It has been located at the top of the Art Museum steps, then moved to a spot outside the city's indoor arena, the Spectrum, then it was back to the Art Museum steps for the filming of Rocky V, back to the Spectrum and it now resides near the Art Museum (but not in plain view apparently). Obviously the perfect resolution of this matter, that so troubles the city, is to send the "artwork" off to a Siberian exile.

Sorted!
