You know the ones I mean. Those self-same Supreme Court folks who gifted the 2000 election to the Decider(TM). Now they've gone and said that there is such a things as global warming and that the US EPA is allowed to help protect us from it. The hubris! Can anyone have any doubt that the framers of the Constitution did not have climate change in mind back in the 18th century and therefore the Constitution cannot apply in this case? What were they thinking?
Of course they adopted a much more sensible line of thinking when they decided not hear the habeaus corpus case related to the US run Guantánamo Bay Beach resort. These people are evil-doers damn it! The Decider(TM) has already so ruled. Ergo they have no human rights whatsoever.
