Breaking up is hard to do

Last week's disagreements over the ISG's report identified that there could be cracks appearing in the "special relationship" between the UK and the US. Now there are reports out of Afghanistan of British claims that CIA meddling is damaging their efforts to bring Helmand under control.

It is heart breaking to have to stand by and watch long standing relationships like this fall apart.
