Normally the Swedish are pretty sensible people but sometimes they're as stupid as the rest of us. So way back in 1986 when a supply clerk for the Hagfors Police Department accidentally ordered 20 pallets of toilet paper, plastic bags and kitchen rolls instead of 20 packets rather than sending the excess back they kept the delivery. Now over 20 years later they've finally run out.
