Let's just imagine that we are a major US governmental organisation. We'll use the State Department as an example. We need some information from the CIA so we can raise sanctions on individuals connected with a programme we don't like. Let's say the Iranian nuclear programme.

Well those secretive bastards at the CIA won't give us anything because they say they're too busy and besides it would expose their sources. What do we do?

We use Google instead. That'll teach 'em! Who needs spooks anyway?
