As the West increasingly looks to biofuels to save it from having to make sacrifices in lifestyle a dialectic is being created. Those who believe in the "free market" approach as a solution to all problems will tell you that if Americans are willing to pay more for supplies of grain to turn them into fuel for their inefficient means of personal transportation than people in the third world can pay to buy the grain as food than the winner is the high bidder.


So when someone suggests to you that biofuels are the answers to all our prayers and that we can keep on as we were you should probably think about the impact elsewhere before you agree!
