Is soupe au cochon on the menu at the US capitol? Have they changed its name to "Freedom Soup" yet?

A French judge has somehow decided that the organisation Solidarité des Français (French Solidarity - SDF) is not being racist when it hands out soupe au cochon (pork soup), and only soupe au cochon, to the homeless in Strasbourg. Pork is of course forbidden to both Jews and Muslims. The judge's thinking seemed to centre on the fact that SDF didn't refuse to serve Jews and Muslims. Hmm.
