There could be a job opening soon for a Prime Minister in Iraq. The current officeholder, Nuri al-Maliki, won't seek a second term and would prefer to resign for the end of his current term. The Wall Street Journal quoted him as saying:
"I wish I could be done with it even before the end of this term. I would like to serve my people from outside the circle of senior officials, maybe through the parliament, or through working directly with the people."
Maybe even from outside the country!
