President Bush's upcoming budget submission to the Congress includes 100 billion USD per year for the war in Iraq and assumes that operations "will continue pretty much as they are". Not surprising given that Bush will remain in office barring the Congress growing a new set of balls. Hopefully, after the end of the Bush nightmare, relative sanity will return.
