The Prime Minister appears to once again be donning his cape and red y-fronts in order to bring his superhuman powers to the fore in order to resurrect the Doha round of world trade talks.
Given his still perfect record of never, ever being able to use his influence to convince George Bush to do something that he doesn't want to do I wouldn't schedule any celebrations of his incredible success as yet.
