If it isn't satire that means that I agree with Henry Kissinger and I am not at all certain that I can live with that. Is it possible that he, along with other former American diplomats & bureaucrats including George Shultz, is urging the world to give up nuclear weapons? As far as I can tell he isn't even asking for an exemption for the US.
