Barack in search of some craic

How lucky is Barack Obama? He seems to have all the ingredients for a serious run at the Presidency. He is articulate and seems intelligent. He hasn't got a long track record that the pundits can pick away at. He is not George W. Bush or a member of the Bush family.

Better yet he is black (good for getting votes), he is descended from a slave owner (good for getting votes) and now Irish as well (great for getting votes).
