The Creekstone Farms Premium Beef company of Kansas City (I'm not sure which one) wants to test 100% of its cattle for mad cow disease because they feel that such tests could enhance the value of their product.

Implementation of a court ruling that was to take effect on Friday that would have allowed the company to freely pursue free enterprise has been put on hold after the Feds announced that they were appealing the decision.
