Philadelphia to rely on activist judges to deny Pennsylvanians their God given rights!

The city of Philadelphia is taking the state of Pennsylvania to court accusing them of failing in its duty to protect the citizens of the city by failing to adequately regulate the gun trade. I doubt the National Rifle Association is worried although I am certain that they will work their membership up to a foaming frenzy over the matter.
