Wolfie, Wolfie, Wolfie

A World Bank committee that is investigating the actions of the Bank's President Paul "Old Socks" Wolfowitz in the treatment of his paramour, a Bank employee, is expected to find that he broke the Bank's rules as well as the terms of his own contract.

I am certain that whatever occurred was just a minor technical infringement. After all we shouldn't expect the President of a world institution who has made it his mission to end corruption to abide by all of the rules. I mean it would have been inconvenient for “Old Socks” and his "friend" to have to deal with the conflict of interest as if they were mere members of the hoi polloi, right?
