And everyone involved can get a tan during the recesses

There have been suggestions that the trial of Andrei Lugovoi on charges of the sensational murder of former Russian intelligence operative Alexander Litvinenko could be held in a neutral country after Russia's refusal to extradite Lugovi. I think I know just the venue. Now that the jurists at American run Guantánamo Bay Beach and Leisure Resort have nothing to do why not take advantage of the legal structure that has been set up there at considerable taxpayer expense and will otherwise sit idle?
