I am certain that the off duty Philadelphia police office who was so irresponsible as to be carrying a loaded gun around in his pocket down the short in Ocean City only to let it fall out should be sacked and lose his "rights" to carried concealed weapons. I am equally certain that he will not be.
The .22 was later found on an amusement park ride by a teenager who thought it was a toy, pointed it at a nearby sand dune and pulled the trigger. Fortunately she did not point it at a friend or a sibling.
