The US Environmental "Protection" Agency has finally announced new limits on ozone levels that will see some areas that are currently compliant fall outside of the acceptable range. I am sure that there will be those who will point to this to demonstrate the Decider's serious environmental credentials would do well to note that new proposals fall short of the unanimous recommendations of the EPA's scientific advisory committee and as there is material pressure from the administration's beloved industry groups there is no guarantee that even these watered down proposals will be implemented.
