American Vice President "I'm a Big" Dick Cheney, who is one of the fortunate few in the country to have access to free government run health care, is to have an examination by a cardiologist today in the hopes that some trace of a human heart can be discovered. Despite having access to the latest in medical technology at George Washington University Hospital the physicians are not optimistic.
