Gone-zo watch (day 73)

Yes. Believe it or not US Attorney General and Bush succubus Alberto "Gone-zo" Gonzales is still US Attorney General and key Bush succubus. The Commander Guy seems to love him and continues to praise him much as he did poor, unfairly judged Don Rumsfeld. However there are people out there with ideas as to how to deal with the problem. Over at the Huffington Post Russell Shaw thinks that Congress should defund the office whilst at Think Progress folks are wondering if he could be disbarred. Unfortunately it sounds like both of those initiatives are going to take time and time is what we haven't go.

The other contestant for the runner up prize in the first annual Yank in London who will get sacked first competition, England football coach Steve "I've Never Really Coached a Winning Side and It Doesn't Look Like I'm Going to Start Now" McClaren has a European qualifying match against Estonia next week that is sure to seem him negotiating his severance arrangements should England fail to get three points.

Suddenly I'm excited by this contest again.

(To be continued...)
