"a mental patient, who escapes from various mental institutions, and goes on a killing spree in his quest for freedom from bondage"I have a hard time disagreeing with the decision. Apparently players get extra points for using especially gruesome methods to dispatch those unfortunate enough to get in their way. There is a certain level at which such "entertainment" becomes completely debased and dehumanising; I think this game has probably reached that point.
