In which I opine on Incan thoughts as to the "right to bear arms"

It goes without saying that when Europeans came to North America with firearms with which to slaughter the locals who did not posses such weapons the locals probably didn't think it was a fair fight. Now that archaeologists have unearthed the earliest known gunshot victim at a dig near Lima in Peru we have more evidence to support that line of thinking. The skull is believed to date from the 1536 siege of Lima.
