They're arming who?

I recognise that I am neither a military expert nor do I have access to all of the intelligence and other information that American commanders have but nonetheless I feel that I am on solid ground when I say that I don't think that this is a good idea at all.

But I could be wrong and it's about time that the Commander Guy and his minions got something right if only because of the law of averages.
