Where a little could go a long way

There are over thirty five million people in the developing world who have epilepsy. Approximately 85% of these receive no treatment for their condition at all and suffer seizures and psychological distress as a result. The vast majority of these people could be effectively treated with a single dose of phenobarbital daily at a cost less than 3 UDS per annum.

Bono - are you listening? You could practically cover this one yourself!
