By the time American kids enter school they already have a negative view of elderly people and, according to a new study out of Brigham Young University animated films and cartoons produced by Disney are part of the reason for this. These films tend to characterise the youthfully challenged as "angry, senile, crazy, wrinkled, ugly and/or overweight".
As someone who sometime in the not to distant, but not too near, future will belong to the youngest perimeter of this group I must say that I strongly object and plan to boycott all Disney animated films and cartoons as a result. That will teach them!
