Have "Pyjamas Media" outsourced their (limited) operations?

I'm only asking because reports are rolling in from Shanghai of people in pyjamas appearing in public places such as banks, shops and parks.

These people are "one of the most irritating aspects of life in China's biggest city" according to a poll of residents.

Surely this is not just coincidence!
