Maybe, through some bizarre twist of fate, absolutely no one in or associated with the Bush Administration has ever been taught what a conflict of interest is. Perhaps we should study the syllabuses for the ethics courses at Pat Robertson's esteemed university to see if it gets covered anywhere.
