What is it with lawmakers and the FBI all of a sudden? First it was Tom Delay claiming that the FBI had "run amok" after they had to hubris to search his wife's office. Now Rep. William Jefferson (D - LA) wants an appeals court to rule that a search of his Congressional office was unconstitutional.
You would think that being in Congress he would be abreast of current affairs. Doesn't Rep. Jefferson understand that the Constitution is now irrelevant?
