Damn activist judges

The Decider(TM) must have been prescient to decide to decide to do away with the human rights afforded by the US Constitution whilst waging the "Global War on Terra". In Britain we are trying to fight the GWOT with one arm behind our backs because activist judges who clearly side with the forces of darkness (no - I don't mean Vice President Cheney) insist on applying the law and preventing Tony from deporting people who have been found innocent just because he is afraid of them! Mouloud Sihali, an Algerian asylum seeker, had been found innocent in a trial on terrorism charges in 2005. Lame duck Home Minister John Reid wanted to be shot of him anyway but the judges found no grounds for doing so.
