Under the "rules" pertaining the fair and balanced military tribunals to be given to the lucky residents of the Guantánamo Bay Beach and Leisure Resort it would appear that double jeopardy is only the beginning. You can just keep going, ad nauseum, until you get the result you want. It kinda makes you proud of American justice.
