Bush's Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell doesn't see anything wrong with climate change being included as part of the national security review. What organisation is better suited to assess the challenges of global warming than America's intelligence community? After all they have already proved themselves exemplary at analysing things that don't exist such as Saddam's weapons of mass destruction and Iraq's support for al Qaeda and other terrorist groups!
