Greece is to ban "eye candy" from roadside billboards in an effort to reduce the country's accident rate, the worst in Europe. Government officials seem to think that scantly dressed persons, generally but not exclusively women, distract drivers to such an extent that they run in to each other.
Is that sufficient reason to deprive us of this?
