Darn - this is too bad

I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby's desperate attempt to avoid doing not-so-hard time is not looking likely to succeed after the judge in the case seemed to slap down the defence's "no one was ever charged" argument for leniency by suggesting if that were the case criminals, like Libby, should work even harder to obstruct justice. "I just can't buy in on that being good social policy" said U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton in a preliminary ruling.

I hope the Commander Guy has his Pardon Pen at the ready!
