American Vice President "I'm a Big" Dick Cheney has continued to spout forth with statements that allege that Saddam Hussein’s Iraq had a hand in the attacks on 11 September 2001. He has done it in interviewers who know better and who fail to challenge his on it. Now he has done it during remarks before a group of high school students who may or may not know better. He is mendacious beyond measure.
