America's paramount airplane manufacturer, Boeing Corporation, is predicting that airlines will purchase 30,000 new planes in the next two decades. Driven by low cost airlines and an ever increasing addiction to travel the extra planes, efficient or not, will only add to the greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to spiralling and perhaps out of control warming.
