Two men in their twenties have been arrested by the Kent Constabulary (yes - that's really their name) under suspicion of harassing 'Dave' the Dolphin. If charged and found guilty under the Wildlife and Countryside Act of 1981 they will be listed on the Marine Mammals Offenders Register which should unfavourably affect their future employment options.
