The small town of Delcambre in the American state of Louisiana has passed an ordinance that bans the wearing of low slung trousers that expose one's pants. Punishment would be a fine of 500 USD or six months inside. One suspects that this ordinance would not stand up against a First Amendment challenge should anyone bother.
